OUR OWN DESIGN ENGINEERING OFFICE

Manufacturing performance starts with the decisions made in design. Our in-house team uses SOLIDWORKS to develop 3D models, components and assemblies. We review manufacturability before production so that customer requirements are addressed in both the drawing and the manufacturing process.

Laser cutting, automated and robotic welding, tube bending and sheet metal bending form a controlled manufacturing process. Agreed methods and checks throughout fabrication help maintain geometry, joint quality and repeatability across serial production.
