For repeat clients, we may reflect the benefit of a Chinese export VAT refund in a discount on the goods. Eligibility and the discount amount depend on the product category, applicable refund rules and transaction documents. Terms are agreed individually and recorded in the quotation.

What does a quality inspection cover?
The scope depends on the product and your requirements. We agree the checks and acceptance criteria in advance; inspection does not replace any mandatory testing or certification.
How is the service priced?
Pricing depends on the product, number of suppliers, inspection scope, warehouse operations and export requirements. Send your brief for an individual quotation.
How does the export VAT-linked discount work?
Where export VAT refund conditions are met, we may pass on part of the benefit as a lower product price for repeat clients. This is a commercial discount, not a direct tax refund to the buyer. The amount and timing are agreed for each order.
